After my session with you I felt really euphoric, I was dancing and laughing lot on my way home. I also had really intense dreams the following night. The following day I felt really light and calm. I feel I started an emotional journey after the session, and I feel more open to the world and less in my head, really excited to see how it is developing in the following days. The space is wonderful, we weren’t interrupted so much by the different kind of noises around and in particulary because you, Sayano, hold the space. The session was really intense, because of a lot of pressure points. Especially one at my belly, stomach, inner leg and groin area. Make sure you prepare a nourishing meal waiting for you at home and bare in mind that the process can also hold on for days, or that "stuff" will be triggered and coming up after days. 
I am still processing because I have a loud body at the moment, meaning, there are so many signals, I am hearing and trying to read. I felt that the pain is part of my situation. The session reminded me, that there is a brutal stuckness in my body, I would love to explore and release somehow. I am really looking forward to a next session and to learn what might be different.
